skin and joints<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular oil massage also helps the uterus return to its normal size and tones fomentation): Mild steam or warm compresses relieve soreness, enhance detoxification, reduce swelling especially useful after delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Emotional and mental healing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meditation and pranayama(especially nadishodana)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supportive company and positive environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Helps the uterus to return to its normal size<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduces back pain and abdominal sagging<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improve posture<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enhance circulation and help remove excess vata\u00a0 from the body.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b> Postpartum 45 min she is made to bath in water boiled with kashyam made from turmeric,vetiver, neem,castor ,acalypha,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hair wash done with herbal; powder like hibiscus or green gram powder.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After bathing, udara veshtana done and let her rest , wear warm clothes and avoid exposures to cold air<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
