One should identify the season according to their characteristics. There is a strong rule to follow some rules\u00a0 regarding diet and habits in order to combat\u00a0 the upcoming diseases. Our body\u00a0 is bound to face\u00a0 different variations of\u00a0 dosha, strength and\u00a0 agni(digestive power) while passing through six seasons. sunbath, spending time in hot underground houses, always use footwear, anoint the body with\u00a0 the paste of Aquallaria<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Avoid factors:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li rtucharya\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>VASANTA RTUCHARYA:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take food\u00a0 which is of easily digestible preparation of\u00a0 old barley and wheat<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Honey should be taken predominantly to normalize the vitiation of kapha.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drink water processed with ginger, honey etc.,ingredients which stimulate agni and pacify the excess kapha<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SODHANA: Nasya, Vamana etc like purification should be done.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Lifestyle:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One should do physical exercise,dry massage, medicated style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sweet, cold, liquid and unctuous qualities of food and drinks are considered wholesome.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use cool water kept in mud pot along with camphor for drinking<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take plenty of fruit juices and juicy\u00a0 fruits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buffalo milk mixed with sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digestible should be taken exercises<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>VARSHA RTUCHARYA:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take sour salty unctuous food<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consume easily digestible foods from old barley, wheat and rice along with soup as per digestive capacity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food processed with carminative\u00a0 drugs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
