2016 is coming to an end and we are all eager to usher in the New Year with great hope and enthusiasm. For most of us this is also the time for retrospection when we sit down and analyze all that happened during the year. Surprisingly, one thing common which we find in each of our lives, especially in the lives of those living in metropolitan cities, is the fast pace with which life is moving. Be it in the domestic life or professional, life seems to be travelling at a pace of light with little time for either the loved ones or even for ourselves. Everyone appears to be running in the rat race with no time to even admire the beauty of their surroundings.
There is a need to change this a little bit in the coming year and what could be better time than the 31st December itself? Many of you by now would have planned or in the verge of finalizing a pub or lounge to spend the 31st night with close ones. However, what if you get a chance to spend the last day of 2016 differently, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by greenery, with coconut and palm trees, tiny waterbeds? This may appear to be the scenic description of Kerala ‘God’s known country’. But, this is not so.
Just 60 Km away from the city, there is an “Ayurvedic Village” where one can be at close proximity with nature. Surrounded by mesmerizing greenery, ‘Ayurvedic Village’ is the best place to relax de-stress and rejuvenate. Although known to be one of the best Ayurvedic wellness centers in India, one need not go only for various Ayurvedic wellness treatments. Even a short stay in the picturesque setting of the centre can re-energize your mind, body, and soul to the fullest. And perhaps 31st night is the best time to take that rejuvenating trip.
